Welcome to Sweet Southern Melons. By purchasing from us, signing up for alerts, becoming a vendor, or accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all customers, vendors, and visitors of our website and business.

1. Company Overview

Sweet Southern Melons is a supplier and distributor of fresh, high-quality melons and seasonal produce. We operate in partnership with select certified vendors who may deliver or sell produce under our brand.

2. Orders and Payments

• All produce sales and vendor packages must be paid in full upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept electronic payment methods. Cash is not accepted.
• All pricing includes delivery and unloading. Vendors are responsible for loading their own vehicles unless help is pre-arranged.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered if a product is proven spoiled within 3–4 days of delivery and accompanied by a time-stamped video or FaceTime proof. Claims must be submitted to [email protected].

4. Vendor Terms

Certified vendors are responsible for following Sweet Southern Melons’ Vendor Etiquette Guidelines. Vendor reorders range from $2,500–$5,000 weekly and are coordinated through our internal sales team. Vendors agree to uphold customer service standards and brand integrity.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive marketing, vendor alerts, and seasonal notifications via SMS/MMS. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to 888-658-3767.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, content, and marketing materials associated with Sweet Southern Melons are the property of the company and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sweet Southern Melons is not liable for delays in delivery due to weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen events. We are also not responsible for third-party vendor conduct outside of our guidelines.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Sweet Southern Melons operates. Any disputes will be resolved in local courts in that jurisdiction.
